Delete your account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Casino Mogul: Idle Tycoon.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Under Cloud save, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately. You don't need an account to keep playing offline.

By email

Can't open the app? Email support@kawisoftware.com with the subject “Delete my Casino Mogul account”. Include your leaderboard name, or the email address of the Apple/Google account you signed in with. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (Firebase user ID and any linked Apple/Google email address)
• Your cloud save (game progress backup)
• Your leaderboard entry (player name and score)

What is kept

• Pseudonymous analytics events (no name or email) are retained for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
• Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• The save file on your own device stays until you uninstall the app.
