Casino Mogul: Idle Tycoon · Effective 1 October 2026

These terms apply to the Casino Mogul game ("the Game") provided by Kawi Software AS (org. no. 933 580 873, Bergen, Norway).

The Game

Casino Mogul is a single-player management game. It contains no real-money gambling. Players never place bets; all currencies (cash, gold, reputation stars) are fictional, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred between players.

Your account

You can play without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google to back up your progress, keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your cloud account in Settings at any time.

Optional purchases

You may buy consumable Gold, a one-time Starter Pack or a permanent Video Pass through Apple or Google. The store shows the actual local price before payment. There are no subscriptions in this product range. Gold has no cash value and cannot be cashed out, traded or transferred to other players. Video Pass gives the same rewards and daily limits as watching optional videos.

Sign in with Apple or Google before buying Gold or Starter Pack so your purchased Gold can be recovered on another device. Gold delivery requires an internet connection. After delivery, Gold is saved with your casino and can be used offline. Use Restore Purchases to restore permanent passes. Signing into your game account and restoring your cloud save restores your saved Gold; restoring a consumed purchase does not grant its Gold again. Refund requests are handled through the store, and refunded purchases may remove the associated entitlement. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Don't cheat the leaderboard, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or use the Game unlawfully. We may reset leaderboard entries or restrict cloud features for abuse.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features. We try to preserve your progress, but the Game is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kawi Software AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game. Nothing limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
